They did not fail, knowledgeable and spent time with me and my cohorts to advise and inform about the different options available. We even got a cuppa. Thankyou so much I now need to read the manual and get sewing. I can't comment on the machine as yet a Jannome MXL 50 I did have a 'play' with it in store and found it uncomplicated time will tell. Thankyou again.
